Cereal for under $1.50

People if have an albertsons near you they have a sale till the 14th I believe if you by select 10 general mills products you can get them at a low price.  In my area they let me get Reese, Cheerios, Lucky Charms cereals for $1.88 if I got any ten combination of the other items.

So if you go to the site http://www.pillsbury.com/coupons-promotions and sign up.  Print all the coupons you can for those cereals.  Then head to other coupon sites (www.coupons.com; www.swagbucks.com)  and print what they will let you you can get the cereal for cheap!

Example.  Say I printed out 10 coupons for the Cheerios cereal.  I could get 10 boxes for 1.88 with my albertsons card.  I believe the coupon saves you 50 cents off one or 55 cents of one.  That would make each box of cheerios 1.30  or 1.33.  I would consider this a very good price for the average or beginner couponer especially considering they sell those boxes for 3.50-4.00.

So you will come out paying (before tax) $13 and saved $22 bucks (if the regular price is about 3.50).

Dude, I have totally started to coupon. But I'm such a newb. I sometimes forget to use them. lol. But my roommate and I are sharing the grocery/house items bill, so that's good. and neither of us are really big cereal eaters. But she sure cooks up some DELICIOUS cuban food!
