We went to the ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist yesterday. Since J'alee has some small hearing loss. Thankfully nothing is wrong with the nerve. There probably is a pressure problem. Upon examination of her throat, the ENT confirmed out suspicions. Huge tonsils that need to come out in addition to tubes in the ears.
Early February we have the procedures scheduled. Not so fun for recovery.
The kids had fun in the chair opening up and saying ahhhh!

I''m glad to hear it's not too much more serious than this! I have heard that some kids love getting their tonsils out because of all the cold fun foods they get. Hopefully she will be easy for you guys.
Ok there is a spray you need for her to make the recovery easier. trust me, it was the ONLY way to get Simon to take his medicine, because the meds burned his throat when it started scabbing. It's olive leaf throat spray Its a homeopathic spray, we have raspberry spearmint. it saved our lives!! http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Olive-Throat-Spray-Raspberry/dp/B00028PZIM
everyone says day 3 is the worst. it's really day 3-10. I love you which is why i'm being so honest.
