Yard is Humming and Buzzing

It is getting into fall but my yard is still full of humming, buzzing and cherping.  I think that there is a hummingbird nest, or a few near by.  I have seen what appears to be two couples flying close around our home.  I fill up a large humming bird feeder and they can empty it in a day.  They fly around fast like they are twitterpaited and nearly fly into the back of my head like darts!

 We do also have a few other things around like several different kinds of birds and occasionally bees.  Seems like the bees are fewer lately with the colder weather and most of the flowers being gone.  Now we are left with mostly green stuff.  But here is one bee that made his way to our yard.  I am thinking of "A Bug's Life" and what must of happened to him because he wouldn't fly.  Jamis was poking it with his finger and the bee still wouldn't fly away.  So I snapped a few shots of it.  It is a little blurry because I cant hold still very well.  I'm shakey.
