It was a good time our first day in California Adventure. I think I already posted some pictures from our cell phones that we took. Here are some with our SLR camera that I took and edited. We got to go to a character meet and green and it was Chip and Dale. They are funny little rodents.
Even Aunt KT got in. Look at those two flirt. You would think she had some nuts or something since they are so flirty.
This was a shot I had someone take of me last year and I love it. So i figured I would get K this time and it is funny that she is holding the baby at the same time. This poster hangs as you are going through the line to Mike and Sully's ride.
At the end of the Back Lot they do a little shot and mini parade for Monsters Inc stuff. J'alee got to meet Mr. 2319 himself! No they didnt shave him down after this!
Of course what trip would be complete with out a Cars shot. A big section of the park is blocked off. If you pay attention to the signs on the walls it tells you what is there. If you also ride the Ferris Wheel on Paradise Pier you can see some of what is going on. Here is the low down. There is going to be some kind of race car ride, Flo's Diner and a huge rocky backdrop that looks like the scenes in the movie where Doc teaches McQueen how to drive. Should be done for Summer 2012 so if you want to go might want to wait till that is finished!
