Oh My Hail!

Three days worth of heavy rains has left u

s soggy out here, lots of huge puddles and tons of standing water on the roads. K hydroplaned on the way home from work this morning for a little bit but she is ok. Ive been cooped up with the kids cus I dont want to go out and get all wet with them. Yesterday and today there have been huge crackle and booms from thunder and lightning which has scared the kids and the animals. It even woke us up from a nap.

Now this after noon with all water puddling up in my planters we see some hail. I havent seen a sizable amount of hail in a while. It was short lived though lasting only a few minutes and it melted fast but here is the best picture I could capture of it (along with my new fern).
