Old Concert Halls

There is just something about old concert halls that I love. Perhaps it is because i love colonial and victorian architecture. Perhaps I love the old woodwork inside the buildings who knows. But I couldnt resist taking a shot of this just before the sun went down. Here is a concert hall in downtown san jose.
Here is a picture from the mezzenenne...er second level for us who cant spell it and dont know what that really is anyway. Nice huh, just wish the picture was better.
Here is the inside stage area. Fantastic I think with the old moldings and backdrop. Of course it is set for a broadway show singer who was doing benefit concerts.

I would love to see that in real life! It looks beautiful. And old buildings ususally have good acoustics for the singers.
