This week K and I went out on a date for the first time in a long time. We went out to eat at McCools Irish resturaunt and pub. They serve many different irish authentic foods in a place with great authentic decor. I really thought it looked like an Irish place. The food was great! We had bbq salmon and citrus chicken. The were proportioned plates with not a lot of butter or sauces. It was excellent.
SLC Weekly said that it is the best discovered resturaunt in the valley and it really is. I would recommend it to anyone. There is one in W. Jordan, SLC off Foothill drive and in Layton hear the Hilton and just North of Layton Hills Mall.
I highly recommend it!
