Lions For Lambs R for war violence and language.

To be honest this movie with war violence and language is much much milder than other war movies.

Yes this movie is about the war in Iraq and Afganistan. The movie addresses both sides of the war debate. Mostly it is really about what we are going to do in the future to change things. I was mostly impressed actor who protrays the young student Redford (the teacher) interviews.

A Robert Redford movie, which there hasnt been one by him this good since Spy Game (which was pretty good). Tom Cruise does a decent job acting. I havent seen him do this good of acting since A Few Good Men (which was his best preformance). Merryl Streep does an excellent job as usual playing the report who hates the war and wants out.

It was refreshing to hear Tom Cruise as a US Senator being interviewed by Streep go on about the right cause and winning the war and doing whatever it takes. It was good to hear some positive feedback on the war for Hollywood for once!
