We went down to Provo this week as we do every year and stayed for Education Week. It was a great experiences as usual and a much needed break too!
We would trade off between Kira and I, one watch the kiddies and the other would go to classes. Needless to say who ever watched the kids was in the Pool with Jenalee and Katlin whenever Jaden was sleeping!
One of my normal classes got cancelled and I went to Susan Easton Black speaking on the Pioneer history and another of her's about Joseph Smith. I am so impressed with here that I would just enroll at the Y to take all of her classes! She taught a lot about history that I havent heard before and I have taken several classes on these topics before and read the institute manual for Church History. You must go next year and hear her. Chances are I will be there!
I got to go to classes on George Washington as well and they were rather insightful. He was a great man who made some mistakes but tried always to live an honorable life. A pretty good example to us today as well!
In the pool with Jenalee she learned to swim by herself with arm floaties. "Let me do it myself" she says sometimes. She also learned to just relax and do a backfloat with her floaties on as well. She wanted to copy Katlin and got up on the side of the pool and jumped into my arms so many times. She is pretty brave! Sometimes I wish she was more cautious but I figure being bold and brave is a good thing for her to be.Next Year's Education Week August 18-22, 2008 Be there you wont regret it!

That's so fun. I'm glad you got to do that. It looks like Jenalee had fun in the swimming pool.
