Happenings and Goings

All the happenings and goings have been requent and little time to stop in between.  Work seems to be going well and we are in a slower period for the time being anyway which is nice.  It is good to have a job and good to have one that is flexible for family life too.  I am enjoying that.

The other night the kids started singing a song from The Nightmare Before Christmas.  K said "have you been letting them watching that horrible show".  I said "no they just saw it once while you were at work and it isnt horrible just kind of creepy".  K said "it is horrible it gave me horrible nightmares".  J'alee pipes up and says "it isnt horrible it gave me good dreams of a rainbow unicorn and it was beautiful".  It was a good laugh.

All the hard work potty training many times over is finally paying off.  Baby J will take himself into the bathroom and go when he needs to and will tell us when he needs to now.  We have about 1 accident a day now but at least he gets into the bathroom to the toilet before he has it.  Seems like it is just a timing issue.  I will definately take that.  We have to work on him learning to pull down and up his own pants but hey that will come with time.  We are going to get a glorious few months without having to change diapers!  HURRAY!!!
