Important Day for Football

Today is a great day in history without which Saturdays would just be another boring day, without food, fun, thrilling excitement and upsets.  Today in 1873 the schools of Yale, Columbia, Princeton and Rutgers drafted the first set of rules to American Football.  Yes these schools started it all with their adoption of rules.
