Using a Cell Phone at a Gas Pump

There has been a long debate on whether or not you can use your cell phone while pumping your gas. Some stations even had warning signs saying it is not permitted. This all started when there was an increase of fires at gas stations when people were using their cell phones. There has been about 150 explosions in the last few years.
I have recently been taken with a great show that has been on air for a few years now. Mythbusters on the discovery channel. It is a good and educational show. Anyway the other day they did a test on whether or not it was the cell phone or something else. They actually found women are involved with more explosions and get in and out of their car more while filling up. Then then paired the exposions with the amount of times someone gets in and out of their car. Women seem to do this more.
Im not saying that cell phones cannnot cause fires but im saying dont get in and out as much when you are filling up. These tests done by Mythbusters are not totally conclusive for scientific standards but they do show good possibilities.
